Great! I can’t wait to try it! I have an alternate method…2 eggs, 1/4 cup coconut flour, 1/4 cup milled flax seed, 1/2 cup almond flour, 1/2 tsp arrow root powder, 1/2 tsp salt….I use the dough kneader on the Ninja…which kneads the mixture into a ball and virtually no mess!…set it for 30 min…quarter it, roll it, cut it, boil it and enjoy it ‘your way’! ….without the guilt! I like pesto, heavy cream and a sprinkle of grated parmesan.
